Koh Thai Tapas is defying conventions and has revolutionised Thai dining with their infectious blend of European indulgence and authentic Thai tastes. Koh Thai Tapas are also passionate about their unique aesthetic, at once informal and elegant, authentic and modern. So the designs set candlelit brickwork against Thai latticework, street-art murals against historic venues. Each Koh restaurant oozes its own personality and its own local charm. Koh Thai Tapas was born out of a desire to create a place where you would like to eat. A place where the holy flavours of Thai cuisine could be shared and sampled with fiery cocktails, far-flung beers and world-class music. A place at once authentic, beautiful, unpretentious, relaxed and refined. Although every venue is unique, with a successful blend between historic locations and fresh fusion design, Koh continues to deliver on exquisite food, drinks and that eclectic atmosphere, striving to hit the mark for the Complete Dining Experience.

We opted for the waiter to choose our menu for us and we were not disappointed! A special note to Rory, thank you very much for your time you were a brilliant waiter! Food was delicious, its a shame we live so far away as we would be regulars otherwise!

Recently visited with 3 friends and we were all really impressed. The place was buzzing, the food delicious and service first class. A big thanks to Ellie (the menu choices were spot on!) and to Maia for taking such great care of us and making it a really memorable evening. Just wish there was a restaurant nearer to home. Any plans to open a branch in Berkshire?

Great fresh food for all the family. Always enjoy going to koh Thai. Rory was really jolly and helpful. Only downside is it’s a bit dark & could do with more luxury re:seating

We arrived about 45 minutes before our booking time and received a warm welcome from staff. We sat at the bar and enjoyed a couple of cocktails off their menu and then sat at our table for two. We ordered one of the taster menus for £26.50 per head which they prepared to our taste; we went for medium heat. We enjoyed a G&T and had some prawn crackers, our starters turned up after around ten minutes. We were presented with three full sized starters between the two of us, each were exceptional in flavour and cooked to perfection. Once finished our mains turned up about five minutes later, again three full size mains and a bowl of jasmine rice and some extra chilli flakes if required. Each dish was beautifully presented and perfectly cooked, the service was excellent. Personally we found the portion sizes too large and would have happily paid the same for a smaller portion as it was delicious. We would have happily continued and spent more money on desert if we had room. Once finished we requested to sit in the garden, which they then opened especially for us and the table service continued into the rest of the evening. I am very much looking forward to returning to this little gem of a restaurant with family and friends over the coming months. Thank you for such a great evening.
