The chefs focus on producing delicious dishes using freshly prepared ingredients sourced from local suppliers and reflecting the changing seasons. All the wines produced in the vineyard are served in the restaurant, and there is also a selection of guest wines made by small producers from around the world. The atmosphere in the restaurant is relaxed and informal yet with attentive friendly service.
The Vineyard Shop is open daily from 11:00 to 17:00 for wine sales and tastings. Also available are the Three Choirs Wickham tutored wine tastings (an introduction to English wine) and guests can enjoy a tutored wine and cheese tasting in the beautiful surroundings of Three Choirs Wickham Vineyard. Their wine experts and chefs have paired together some of England's finest wines from Three Choirs Vineyards and local cheeses for your pleasure. During the experience you learn how to appreciate how to pair wine and cheese and also learn about the history of English Wine and Three Choirs Vineyards. Tastings are available Wednesday to Sunday at 14:30 and very reasonably priced at £12.50 per person.
