Sfizio is a family-run restaurant in Ware, Hertfordshire, specialising in lovingly made Italian cuisine – cibo di cuore (food from the heart). Our extensive menu features a variety of delicious meat and vegetarian dishes. Our antipasti selection includes tasty dishes like gamberoni alla griglia (grilled king prawns) and traditional paesana (an Italian cured meat and cheese salad with Parma ham, salami sausages, and fresh mozzarella, served with homemade bread). Mains offer many exciting options, including traditionally crafted pizza, rolled veal escalope filled with Parma ham, mozzarella, basil and tomato sauce, and pan-fried lemon sole with the chef's own sauce. Sfzio runs themed evenings, including a traditional feast featuring a variety of dishes from the south of Italy.
