Now based on Mount Ephraim, Sankey's boasts a unique Pub with open fires, cask ales & beers from around the world. The Seafood Brasserie, in the old cellars, is a busy restaurant with the freshest fish and shellfish delivered daily from source. The Seafood Brasserie & Oyster Bar specializes in the freshest wet fish & Shellfish from around the British coast both direct and from Sankey's very own fishmongers. Oysters from Colchester, crabs & lobsters from Cornwall, mussels and haddock from Scotland along with the very best day boat fish from the southern coast line are on the menu daily, with all dishes freshly prepared in the kitchen, headed by Simon Wilson and his team.
