We come to Whitby once a year and always have a meal in the Marine. It’s consistently good quality and the service has always been excellent.

A little disappointing the pasta on the open lasagne was hardly cooked. It went back but then by the time it came back I had finished eating. Not a great experience.

The food was lovely we had the fish platter not cheap at £90 but very enjoyable. Our only criticism would be that the staff were not very attentive. We had to ask for everything! Including the dessert menu and bill!
