adam's is located in Birmingham City Centre in a former sandwich shop just off bustling New Street. This intimate contemporary fine dining restaurant is run by husband and wife team Adam Stokes and wife Natasha. On offer is stylish food; a sophisticated blend of familiar flavour combinations with modern inventive twists.
Less than six months after opening the restaurant was awarded a much coveted Michelin Star and became only the fourth to hold such an accolade in Birmingham. At the beginning of 2014 the AA awarded adam's three AA Rosettes.
