PizzaExpress (Bristol - Cabot Circus)
PizzaExpress is all about a passion and the love of food made fresh, simply, with the highest quality ingredients. So in their kitchens there are no fryers, no microwaves. Just an oven. The design of the restaurant has been influenced by the Bristol International Balloon Fiesta, held in the city since 1979. Large fret cut hot air balloons are suspended across the restaurant and appear to float seamlessly from one side to the other.
