@Angela's Restaurant is a little off the beaten track, located in the west quarter of the city and offers quality dining in Exeter. This is a little gem of a neighbourhood restaurant. The fish and seafood come from Brixham and Exmouth, day boat landed. Scallops are a very popular dish, so too is turbot, monkfish & john dory. Mussels come from Elberry cove and crab from Labrador Bay. For meat eaters the steaks are sourced from Pedegree Long Horn or Angus beef just on the outskirts of Sampford Peverell. The best Burlescombe lamb, Creedy duck and local pork also feature on the menu. Seasonal game features when in season. There is an interesting quality wine list and small but well stocked bar serving local ales, lagers and spirits.
