Pre christmas meal ruined. 1. vegan options on set menu not available 2. Starter arrived frozen in the middle 3 replacement starter arrived all Ok until a tray of bottles dropped directly behind us, yes it was an accident, but staff didn't care that the contents of the bottles sprayed across our table along with splinters of glass. We advised senior waitress (manager had left) of our dissapointment that no one had checked on us after the incident, she was very aggressive, we did not want to finish our now contaminated meals Asked for the bill & requested dessert costs & service charge removed, we hadn't had desserts from our set menu, Upon checking bill again after leaving we had been charge full set menu & for an item we didn't have. Will never eat here again awful experience
