Our mission at the Ginger Bistro is to bring fresh, fine dining to the people of Preston. To compliment the surrounding businesses by providing delicious food, fine wines and cocktails.
Sourcing as many of our ingredients and produce as we can from local suppliers. Employing local staff. We want to be in the heart of the local community.
The Ginger Bisto is a family run business. With large ‘chain’ experience, we are passionate about food, flavour and fun.

We had a gathering for our anniversary with friends and famiy and The Bletchingly Arm's couldn't have done more for us. Food was excellent, area we booked was perfect and nothing was too much trouble. Big thanks to Natasha and the team X

We were celabrating a birthday and was a large group of mixed ages, food was delicious, service was great even though it was a busy sunday lunchtime. Would recommend and will be back
