For Nick, as a professional Chef, this is the realisation of an eighteen year dream having worked in the industry since leaving college. He believes in using the freshest, seasonal ingredients to create exciting dishes that people love to eat. Sally leads the restaurant team in providing warm hospitality with relaxed ease. With a passion for people and attention to detail she aims to ensure a complete dining experience.
Wild Thyme serves modern British food with Mediterranean influences, sourcing regional food with care and integrity and taking great pride in producing interesting seasonal dishes using the finest of ingredients. Everything is home-made from scratch by Nick and his team, who can cater with confidence for all diets, food intolerances and allergies.
Service is warm and friendly in a relaxed, intimate atmosphere for just 35 diners. It is possible to hire the whole restaurant for exclusive use, or The Garden Room, which seats up to 14 people, for a smaller celebration.
Many original features have been retained within the Grade Two listed building; Cotswold stone walls and a wonderful window seat blend perfectly with more contemporary elements to create a stylish décor.
Complemented by three stylish rooms this is a special place to enjoy great food and wine with family and friends, escape for a night or two, or stay a little longer and enjoy some of the wonderful surrounding countryside and many attractions.
