Dobson & Parnell was opened in 2016 by Andy Hook and Chef Patron, Troy Terrington, named in honour of two of Newcastle’s Victorian architectural stalwarts, John Dobson and William Parnell, who designed the building in 1863. Since opening, the dedicated team have won a host of awards and the restaurant is listed in the Michelin Guide, Harden’s Guide, Good Food Guide, as well having an AA Rosette.
