The Inglesham Forge has a warm cosy lounge area for guests to relax with an aperitif whilst choosing from the creatively designed menus offering the best in modern cooking. The menus change every few months along with the seasons, using freshly prepared ingredients that are cooked to order. Once the meal is ready to serve, diners are escorted to tables in the warm and intimate surroundings of the 15th Century Forge dining room.
