Little India was established in 1996 under the name Original Balti and quickly earned a reputation as Bournemouth’s finest Indian restaurant. Based in the heart of Bournemouth centre and the Lansdowne area, known for its fine dining restaurants and wide variety of eateries, Little India maintains a high reputation among both regular customers and tourists. The current friendly proprietors are from Goa and have introduced many exotic and fruity dishes from their home state in western India, bringing a quirky uniqueness to a traditional UK Indian restaurant.
